Ms Banh Mi started with a simple idea: bring the bold, comforting flavours of Vietnamese street food to Ferntree Gully, using recipes passed down through the family and bread baked fresh in-house every single day. What began as a small counter has grown into a local favourite — but the recipes, and the care behind them, haven't changed a bit.
